Wrap the knee, fasten the straps and choose one of three heat settings while you relax at home. This USB-powered version uses an external 5V DC USB power source and includes a 2-metre cable.

The manufacturer markets this wrap for relieving knee pain associated with arthritis, bursitis, strains, sprains and ACL, PCL, MCL or meniscus injuries; supporting recovery after a knee injury or surgery; and easing leg or arm muscle fatigue, soreness and cramps. It also describes warmth and hot-compress uses, plus cold-compress use with a separate ice pack in the inner mesh pocket.
According to the supplier, the adjustable wrap is designed for the knee and can also fit the calf, thigh or arm. The listed everyday settings include relaxing with a book or television, working at a computer and travelling.
Manufacturer-listed temperature settings
For the 5V DC USB version, the supplier lists approximately 44°C (red), 41°C (white) and 38°C (blue). The same supplier page separately lists an 8.5V DC adapter version at 56–65°C (red), 46–55°C (white) and 40–45°C (blue). The latter figures describe that separate power configuration, not the supplied 5V USB set. Follow the instructions and power rating for your exact model.
The supplier describes gentle hand washing, with no machine washing, and notes that the wrap is washable but not waterproof. Disconnect the power and follow the product care instructions before cleaning.
